On 10 October 2014 John Bell went to be with our Lord. He passed peacefully in the early morning hours and will be missed dearly. John left a legacy that will live on as the patriarch of 8 children, 29 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.

It is no coincidence that John Bell was
buried on October 13th—the feast day of Our Lady of the Rosary.
John said the rosary every day. October 13, 1917 is the day when thousands
of people witnessed the miracle of the Dancing of the Sun in Fatima,
Portugal.

It is no coincidence
that John Bell’s is buried in Our Lady of Fatima’s section of St. Joseph’s
Cemetery. The Blessed Mother appeared to the children in Fatima and told
them that she was Our Lady of the Rosary.

It is no coincidence
that John Bell is buried along Rt. 13 just across from the railroad tracks.

It is also no
coincidence that John Bell was buried on October 13th, 2014, the
239th birthday of the U.S. Navy.
